Setup fee follows the hardware — £79.99 wherever there's a box, once. No hardware, no setup fee. Compliance is grant-fundable from the Community Radio Fund and similar.

What's included, and what isn't

What does the £15 compliance tier include?

Everything you need to be covered: continuous off-air recording of one DAB or FM feed, 42-day retention, one-click Ofcom export, 24/7 transmitter monitoring with alerts, listen-again, online-stream recording and automatic show tagging. £79.99 one-off setup covers the box.

Why is there a setup fee?

It follows the hardware — £79.99 wherever there's a box, charged once, so each unit covers its cost on day one. Stream-only tiers have no box and no setup fee. See the hardware for how the £99 refundable deposit works during beta.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long tie-in. It's a flat monthly price you can budget from the Community Radio Fund or a committee line. On a tight budget? Talk to us — we work with stations, not against them.

What's the difference between £15 and £30?

£15 covers a single off-air feed. £30 is for stations that need more — FM and DAB, multiple stations, higher limits and priority support.
