A palm-sized unit that sits in your coverage area, demodulates your live DAB or FM broadcast, and keeps proof of every second. No rack, no engineer, no fuss.
≈ 75 × 45 × 35 mm · powered by one USB cable · aerial in the box.
If you can plug in a phone charger and join a WiFi network, you can install one — there's nothing else to it.
Power comes from one USB-A → USB-micro lead — the same as any phone charger. Plug it into a mains adaptor, a UPS, or a spare port on studio kit. That's the only cable it needs.
Every unit ships with a DAB/FM whip aerial that's plenty for most locations — stand it up, point it roughly skyward, and you're receiving. Nothing else to buy.
Weak signal indoors? The unit takes a standard F-type connector, so you can feed it from an existing rooftop, communal or loft aerial exactly like a TV or DAB tuner. Best of both.
To send recordings to your dashboard the box just needs to get online. Join it to any WiFi — home broadband, studio WiFi, or a phone hotspot / MiFi in the field. It buffers locally and catches up if the connection drops.
The box sets itself up as a WiFi access point on first boot. Join it from a phone or laptop, and a setup page walks you through the options below — no keyboard, no screen, no engineer.
Whatever it's connected to, uploads are outbound HTTPS only. Nothing listens for inbound connections, so there are no ports to forward and no holes to open in the studio firewall.
The same box, the same firmware — fixed for compliance, or roaming for coverage. GPS is on every unit, so it always knows where it heard what it heard.
Tuck it on a shelf or in the rack room. Silent, fanless, always on — logging your off-air signal while you get on with the show.
Wall, shelf or DIN-rail mountable near your best reception. Feed it from the site aerial over F-type and leave it running unattended.
Switch to roaming mode, put it in the car, and it maps your coverage against GPS as you drive — signal, errors and audio quality, mile by mile.
Battery pack in, whip up — a portable off-air check for an event, a temporary transmitter, or proving reception at a new location.
Nothing exotic — deliberately. Proven, repairable components in a matte 3D-printed navy shell, so the price stays where a community station can reach it.
We're taking on beta stations now. Ask us for a box and we'll get one to you — a £99 refundable deposit covers the kit while it's with you, and how it plays out is entirely your call. When public sign-up opens you'll get a full trial from the day the box arrives.
Not the right fit? Return the box in good order and we refund the whole £99. No restocking fee, no small print. Testing us out costs you nothing.
Happy with it? The box is yours. We refund £20 of the deposit and the rest becomes your one-off setup — so you're fully live on compliance recording with nothing more to pay to get started.
A lot of the stations we serve run on fresh air and goodwill. Don't let the deposit be the thing that stops you. Tell us where you're at and we'll work something out — we're here to work with you, station to station.
Start that conversation →Your trial shouldn't be running down while a parcel is in transit. When public sign-up opens, ordering hardware resets your free trial — so from the day the box lands you get a full 14 days to try the complete solution: real off-air recording, real monitoring, real exports. Not a stream-only preview.
The deposit only applies to hardware tiers — stream feeds need no box and no deposit. Compliance boxes start at £15/month. See the full pricing →
We're onboarding beta stations now, with public sign-up opening within the next two weeks. Ask for a unit and we'll get off-air compliance recording running for you.
